3. Permission from a parent or guardian and a completed application signed
by a parent or guardian
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a young man between the ages of 7 and 17
2. Must maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.0
3. Must attend scheduled rehearsals - Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
